Recycling is a process that involves collecting, shredding solution, separating and extracting materials. Through shredding, solid waste is disintegrated and size reduced. This creates a chance to increase the proportion of recyclable materials, while kicks out non-recyclable materials. For example, furniture is a massive object that contains woods and metals. A double Two Shaft Shredder & Granulator shredder can shred furnitures and a magnetic separator can extract springs and nails. The wood chips are a very good source of fuel or animal bedding.  Take plastic waste as another example. Many of the plastic waste can be simply granulated and washed and pelletized, giving plastics a second life.

Shredding solution also matters on size control. Making RDF(refused derived fuel) and SRF (solid recovered fuel), Two Shaft Shredder & Granulator types of alternative energy. Only when the particles are small enough, the RDF and SRF contain a high carloic value. While being burnt, no smoke and ash.
